IZURUN TECNOLOGY’s XR web simulation technology and a modern and intuitive front end allow for the visualization and configuration of the mechanisms and/or cranes to be offered in accordance with the two existing standards: FEM 1001 and EN 13001, and the addition of all types of subsequent options to complete crane offers within a standardized framework. This entire deployment is carried out in the cloud, facilitating remote centralized management, without the need for local file installation.

It covers the design, development, implementation and commissioning of a simulator and offer configurator with the following technical and functional scope and characteristics:
Databases
They are hosted on a cloud server and are completed and updated by importing data in Excel format. The following must be defined:
- Standardization of mechanisms.
- Standardization of beams.
Product configuration environment
The crane will be configured in a web-based XR simulation environment, where the beam selection will be validated, generating input data for the configurator to work with. If you only want to offer mechanisms (hoists, end frames), you can do so without running a simulation.
Environment for defining remaining parameters, costs and prices
All additional parameters (delivery times, warranties, profit margins, quantities, etc.) and optional parameters (remote control, anti-collision cell, etc.) that must be taken into account in the offer will be defined, and the configurator will automatically calculate the cost and present the appropriate price for the configured offer on screen.
Configurator output documents
The program will deliver:
- Customized technical-economic offer (with your own logo) for the solution in Spanish/English (other languages available)
- Internal costing of each main component of the solution
- Parametric 2D layout of the crane’s general arrangement and 3D visualization of the crane
- Parametric beam manufacturing plan
- Calculation of the theoretical crane work group based on up to 5 work cycles.
Users, roles and permissions
Program users will have different permissions for editing the configurator databases and using the tool. The following permissions are suggested:
- Preferred Editor: Access to complete database information and editing capabilities. Management of editor and viewer users.
- Editor: Access to complete database information and the ability to edit it.
- Viewer: Access only to the execution area. Workflows with information directed only to the viewer.
Offer management dashboard
The configurator will have a dashboard for managing all the bidding activity generated by the various users, allowing for efficient management of commercial activity, with the following functionalities:
- Offer status display: Statuses are configurable, for example: in process, pending validation, submitted, accepted, etc.
- Filtering historical offers: The dashboard allows filtering by date, user, reference, etc.
- Tender editing and version control: The cloud configurator allows you to copy and edit existing tenders, ensuring proper version control and indicating the date and author of the last modification.
